The full privacy policy is published here together with the company registration, before the first order is taken. What it will codify is already how the shop behaves today:

• We collect what running the shop requires — account, order and delivery details — and nothing speculative.
• Essential cookies are always on: the ones that keep you logged in and keep your cart. Nothing else runs until you say yes.
• With your permission, PostHog tells us how the shop is actually used, and records sessions so we can find what is broken. It is hosted in the European Union. Declining costs you nothing.
• GDPR applies in full, including access and erasure on request.
