Prices and payment

Every price is shown in euro and includes VAT at the rate of the country you are ordering to. The price you see at checkout is the price at your door: we sell within the European Union, so there are no customs charges and nothing to pay on arrival. Payment is taken when you place your order, and available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Ordering

An order is placed when you confirm the final step of checkout, which is clearly marked as an order with an obligation to pay. We confirm every order by email with the full details, your statutory withdrawal rights and the maker's identification.

Delivery

We deliver within the European Union. Delivery costs and options are shown at checkout before you commit, and dispatch is confirmed by email with tracking.

Withdrawal, returns and exchanges

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full instruction, the condition standard, the refund terms and the model withdrawal form are on the returns and exchanges page, which forms part of these terms. The first size exchange of an order is free in both directions.

The statutory guarantee

EU law gives you a two-year legal guarantee of conformity: if a pair proves defective within two years of delivery, repair, replacement or a refund is on us. This is separate from, and in addition to, the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and disputes

Write to us first — most things are solved with one honest email. If we cannot agree, you can bring a complaint to the Danish consumer complaints body: Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, via naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre Denmark (Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, consumereurope.dk) can help you with the complaint. EU consumer law applies in full; nothing in these terms attempts to trim it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
